In order to grow, you’ve got to let go.

work on not in your business by delegating

Easier said than done, right? If you’re a life coach who’s just starting out, or you’ve been at it for a while but don’t seem to be getting any traction, you may need to learn the art of delegating.

You cannot be a good boss if you’re stuck being an overwhelmed employee.

If you’re spending a lot of your time creating images for your blog posts, posting on social media, or doing housework… you’re probably not spending enough time doing the kinds of things that generate income.

Delegating (and liking it) requires a mindset shift that’s hard to do if you’re focused on keeping control, believing no one can do anything as “perfectly” as you can.

But the pursuit of perfection is likely resulting in your leaving money on the table.

Why Delegating Is So Important

As hard as you may try, you simply cannot do it all, so why not settle for doing the things that make you the most money? Start small and, most of all, be patient. Remind yourself that things don’t have to be perfect, they just have to get done!

In this episode of Gutsy Glorious Radio we talk about delegating just about everything… from taking care of your body, to cleaning your house, to taking care of business.
