Geez, where do I start with my gratitude for this woman? When I was introduced to Lin I was in an emotional hell. I had a new born baby and was beginning to feel like I was losing it. I almost felt like I was too far gone for coaching to make a difference but I was willing to try. From the first second on the phone with her you will know you have found the right coach. Lin’s fire and passion for coaching just explodes off the phone. There is no second left un-used. She squeezes every ounce of time out of the hour and if you think you know where she is going you are wrong!

Her insights and gentle directions keep you on the path to mental freedom.  They say you can tell a good coach by the number of times you want to fire them..well, Lin then you are an excellent coach! Where my life was to where it is now is like night and day, not only am I losing weight every week with no struggle I am no longer a judgmental gossip with a dose of major people pleasing. I was very afraid to lose myself and my identity when I started this process but now I realize that is impossible. I have found me. And that is freedom. That is peace. That is Lin!
